Edit: I am updating my review to 5 stars. After posting my review one of the owners reached out to me to make things right. Turns out that the reason for the expense was due to how the flowers were sourced. The company has certain arrangements sourced fresh daily from varieties grown on small family farms in Italy, England, Spain and the Netherlands. They’ve been bred on generationally owned family farms in Europe for 300 years+ for chatoyancy, color, texture, and uniqueness rather than size, which is why they have a very different visual presence than traditional varieties like roses and carnations. This makes complete sense then on why the price difference was so vast. The owner agreed that they did a bad job of explaining that in the listing and they were more than willing to accommodate the misunderstanding. This is a great small business that you can trust and I definitely think they deserve the ratings they receive. They assured me that they will be updating their descriptions to reduce any future confusion from people like me that don't generally understand the flower business and how rare/unique some of these items actually are. I really enjoy San Antonio Flower Delivery's service. My Mother-in-law was thrilled with her bouquet! I live in a different timezone, so the tracker was great. The products, service, and ordering process were so enjoyable, I immediately went back to them for my sister-in-law's birthday! Wonderful experience! I wanted a special floral arrangement for my Sister's birthday and refuse to use the 800# or other virtual florists due to steep prices and tiny arrangements. I found San Antonio Flower Delivery via their website and was excited to see it is, and has been, a family owned and operated business spanning generations! My call was answered immediately, I explained my budget, my desire in that I didn't want a prepackaged arrangement preferring the florist use their creativity to make something unique for my Sister's special day. They did not disappoint! The arrangement was beautiful with lots of flowers and stunning colors! I highly recommend San Antonio Flower Delivery and will definitely use them again!!!

I was looking for flower delivery in San Antonio, TX and found this gem -- a family-owned business with personalized customer service! My friend was thrilled with the gorgeous flowers that arrived the same day I placed the order. The shop even called me about needing to replace one of the types of flowers in the arrangement due to availability. Although the website showed a 20% off promotion, I only received 10% off my online order. When I pointed it out, they credited me immediately. Will definitely use them for future orders!

I was ordering flowers for my wife on our anniversary as she was out of town helping her sister with her daughter's wedding. This was the first time in 36 year that we were not together on our anniversary so I wanted something special. I called and spoke to the owner and explained my situation. She was very helpful and put my mind at ease as I have always had bad luck when ordering flowers out of town. They even sent a picture of the final product and called me to make sure it was everything I hoped it to be. My wife loved it, here first words were spectacular. Highly recommend this florist.
